Is HyperFlo free?
Yes. The free version gives you five 15-minute focus sessions a day, with no account, no ads and nothing that expires. HyperFlo Premium removes the daily limit and unlocks longer sessions — $9.99 a year after a 14-day free trial, or $24.99 as a one-time purchase.
How is it different from a Pomodoro timer?
Pomodoro starts at 25 minutes. HyperFlo starts at 15, because with ADHD the hard part is starting, not lasting. While a session runs the rest of the app disappears — one screen, one timer, one button. The 25-minute Pomodoro length is available too, under Premium.
An honest limitation: HyperFlo has no task lists, no projects and no team features. If you want a timer wired into a to-do system, this is not that app.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email and no login — the app opens straight into a timer. Your sessions are stored on your device. There is no HyperFlo server, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Does the timer keep running when I leave the app?
Yes. The countdown continues while the app is in the background or the phone is locked, and a notification fires when the session ends. With Premium the countdown is also visible on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or later. The app is translated into English, German, Spanish, French, Polish and Brazilian Portuguese.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The annual plan renews at $9.99 unless you cancel before the 14 days are up, and cancelling is done in your Apple account settings — HyperFlo never sees your payment details. If you would rather not have a subscription at all, the lifetime plan is a single $24.99 purchase.
